Hi. My name is Josh Berry. I am currently 18 years old. I was 9 years old when I started collecting brand new pairs of socks. I decided I wanted to help people experiencing homelessness. I am collecting 50,000 pairs of socks so that every one of the 23,000 homeless people in Victoria can have 2 pairs of socks each. I have collected over 46,000 pairs of brand new socks for people the homeless and given them out to them in the last 9 years.

I live at home on the Mornington Peninsula, Victoria, Australia with my mum and dad and my 20 year old sister. Our family likes helping people. Eleven years ago my sister did a project where she co-ordinated collecting 33,000 children's books for schools, children's centres and a University in Cambodia.

I enjoy bike riding, swimming, camping, water sports and doing adventure type activities. I was a Junior member of our local Fire Brigade. In 2018 I did Sailability every Friday morning where I learnt to sail while taking people with disabilities out in the sailing boat with me. In 2019 I joined Air Force Cadets which I absolutely love.
